Products purchased from PAPPY BOYINGTON FIELD website can be returned within 30 days of the time of purchase. These items must be unopened and the buyer is responsible for shipping the product back. The product must be unused and unmarked.
If there is a defect with the purchase, within 30 days, a credit will be made to the buyer in the same form as the payment was made. If the problem appears to be on the end of the consumer, the PAPPY BOYINGTON FIELD online store has the right to decline any return of the product.
For Returns:
Please provide a note inside the return package specifying a) why the product was returned and b) a copy of your online receipt.
All shipping of product back to the fulfillment house will incur a 15% restocking fee to the buyer. All costs for shipping product back are the responsibility of the buyer. Product will not be accepted if postage is due.
